Some of us are here, some of us are away. I love Danderyd at this time of year because there is so little traffic and all the wonderful gardens have come to life. A few people have asked me which of our local restaurants and cafes are open through the summer. In order to answer properly, we did some research and came up with this fab list of what is open and who is on a well-deserved break! Please let us know if we've missed anywhere.

Did you know that Danderyd council has a dog on its healthcare team? Her name is Mio and she is a trained and certified care dog!  Mio works with her human partner, visiting elderly care homes across Danderyd. They respond to referrals from nurses, doctors, physiotherapists etc. when a patient needs help to move, strengthen muscles and regain balance. Say hello if you see her out at work! |
