Did you know that Danderyd council has a dog on its healthcare team? Her name is Mio and she is a trained and certified care dog!
Mio works with her human partner, visiting elderly care homes across Danderyd. They respond to referrals from nurses, doctors, physiotherapists etc. when a patient needs help to move, strengthen muscles and regain balance. Say hello if you see her out at work!
